I preordered a product. When will it ship?
Each product we create is hand-made and hand-poured. As a family-owned and operated business, we do our best to meet the immediate needs of our customers. When it comes to pre ordering a product you can typically expect that item to ship around 30 days after the preorder has ended.
How long will it take to ship in-stock items?
Processing times vary but typically range between 3-5 business days. From there, in-stock items will ship within 7 business days. Once an item is processed, you’ll receive an email with shipping information and delivery details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We believe every woman deserves to experience our moisturizing body care products and the cozy feeling our natural, soy wax candles evoke. With that being said, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re also not responsible for any delays due to customs.
How do I send my Farmhouse purchase as a gift?
You can choose to send a Farmhouse purchase as a gift within the checkout process. Let us know if you’d like to include a special note too!
Do you offer returns?
We do offer returns on unopened and unused candles only. To be eligible for a return you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and the product must still be sealed. Due to the nature of our body care items, these items are not available for return or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
How can I tell where my package is?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information that will allow you to keep an eye out for your new plant-based goods.
What do I do if it says my package is delivered but I didn’t receive it?
First, we recommend checking with the shipping provider. Then if you have any other questions or issues with your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
